I hate camping. I don't see anything fun, exciting, or even pleasurable in it. Especially in mid-July with 100+ degree temps. But my hubby thinks otherwise.He took the kids camping for a couple of days last month since I was busy with school. I left him the camera and the only pics he took were of the grilled corn, fishing, and wild deer. No tent pictures or cooking pictures or hiking pictures. Just corn, fish, and deer.

How nice that your husband took the kids. Tent photos would have been nice but at least he took photos.

After 37 wonderful years with Grandma, I attest that she is not now nor ever has been a fan of camping. In fact, Grandma's idea of 'roughing it' is a black and white TV at a Holiday Inn. Love, Paka
