I have been in many jungles of this world, surviving Sand Vipers in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Afghanistan and the Black Mambas and Cobras of Africa and Southeast Asia. Until Panama, I have never been bitten by a snake. Now I have been bitten three times. It hurts! I forgot that you cannot pet a snake. No worries Bran, I stay clear of the "X" snake (most poisonous snake in Central America). We have hired a snake specialist to work with us in the rainforest - I leave the poisonous ones for him.
