Oops. I guess we are a little late in picking our zucchini. I swear this baby was tiny a couple of days ago. Time really is flying by.
Anybody want a huge zucchini? We're hoping to have this be our last HUGE one this summer.

If I lived closer I'd take it!
The large zucchini can be used to make zucchini bread. You can clean out the seeds and then shred the remainder. After you bake a few loaves you can put one in the freezer and save it as a sample to the Vances.
