If Easter has seemed to sneak up on you this year, you are likely not alone. This is the earliest date for Easter in our lifetime, unless you are 95-years-old or older, but not many people that age read this blog.
In case you are wondering: Easter is always the first Sunday after the first full moon after the Spring Equinox. And after tomorrow it will be 220 years before it hits so early in the year again.
Have you noticed the strange occurrences because of this early Easter?
Basketball teams that are supposed to win have suffered devastating losses.
I have also heard reports that other animals besides bunnies have tried to step in and take Peter Cottontail's role. I don't think it will stick, however.

I loved the gorrilla with the easter basket. You are right , he
won't replace the Easter Bunny.
